Commencing his real estate career in 2004, Brian initially focused on waterfront apartments, as well as premium inner-city homes. Brian’s ability to quickly establish client relationships, expanded his portfolio of property sales to include both North and South of the Swan River, with the $5 million sale of a luxury South Perth penthouse, and to the coast in City Beach with the $4.6 million sale of another luxurious home.

We happened to be in a bit of a predicament when I contacted Brian. My wife was 35 weeks pregnant, we were about to go to one salary and were going to struggle to meet repayments on our apartment (having purchased elsewhere) which had been on the market for around 8 months without a single offer.
